At furco.co.uk, we understand you want to enjoy your furniture for as long as possible and protect the hard-earned money you spent with us. 

Below you can find everything you need to know about your rights and protection under UK law and the extended warranties we offer to protect the sofas even further for instances like accidental damage or stains. 

We take every step possible during our research and development to ensure your new furniture is going to put up with the strain and repetition of everyday living. 

Under UK law you are protected by a 12 months warranty against defects, these cover manufacturing defects such as an incorrect assembly or faulty part, you are not covered for misuse or neglect, such as accidental damage.

We do provide by a third party an extended warranty service which can cover up to three types of issues;

• Stains
• Accidental Damage
• Structural (Covered By UK Law for 1st year )

This service is an optional extra and is visible when browsing on our products, the price varies depending on the tier of service and the number of seats you interested in.
